4. Web Hosting and Data Processing (Hostinger)

We host our website with Hostinger, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, 03230 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as "Hostinger"). When you visit our website, Hostinger automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, the operating system used, as well as the time and date of the server request.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website.

Data Processing Agreement: We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Hostinger. This ensures that Hostinger only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

5. Contact Form and Data Storage (Firebase)

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

Voluntary Provision of Data: Providing your email address is optional. It is only needed if you specifically want a reply. Anonymous feedback is possible by leaving the email field empty.

Use of Firebase: For secure storage, we use "Firebase" (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The data transmission is indirect via our backend; there is no direct connection between your device and Firebase.

Data Processing & Data Transfer: We have signed a DPA with Google. Since data may be processed in the US, we would like to point out that Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Cookies and Analytics Tools

This website uses no cookies and uses no analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). There is no tracking of your surfing behavior on this website. We deliberately refrain from using technically unnecessary cookies in order to protect your privacy as best as possible.
